Do I have to have an iPod?

  • no, our tours can be used on anything that can play MP3 files, this means that you can use our specially designed audio guides such as the Orpheo, an iPod, another brand of Mp3 player, your PDA and even some mobile phones.

Where can I get an audio tour?

  • audio tours are available from the tours section of this website, great if you want to preview a place before you visit, they are also available to download at certain locations using our download centre. If you don't have an MP3 player or have no time to download a tour then you can collect an audioguide at the reception of most sites.

Are they available in other languages?

  • the great thing about audio tours is that they can be recorded in different languages.
  • check with the site first to find out what languages are offered.
  • ATS Heritage have created tours for customers in : English, English for Visually impaired, English for children, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Japanese, Dutch, Welsh and Gaelic.

Can I also get a map of my venue?

  • we also supply maps of each place, they are available to download as pdf's on each tour page. If there is no pdf Logo icon, then we do not have a map available at current and there will be a map available at the site.
